Obituary of Inge Margarete Haney (Böhler)

Inge Margarete Haney (Böhler) slipped into the arms of our heavenly Father on Sunday, February 25th.

Born on January 28th, 1950, Inge was the youngest child of Hans and Berta Böhler, of Ulm Germany. In 1973, Howard saw her walk through the door at a party hosted by his Army friend Gary Thomas, and he knew immediately she was the one. It took a few years for her to be convinced, and the two married in 1976, in Ulm, Germany. Inge and Howard were together for 50 years and married for 47 years.

Inge was preceded in death by her second oldest daughter Gisele, her older brother Siegfried, her older sister Bruni, her mother and father, and her son-in-law Tyrell.

She is survived by her husband Howard, her sister Ruth, her brother-in-law Melvin, her daughters Maui and Helen, her sons Steven and Anthony, her son-in-law Luis, her daughter-in-law Mary, her granddaughters T’keyah, Geneva, Aiyana, Tanesha, Alicia, and Evelynn, her grandsons Louie, Jamil, Lamar, Donovan, King, and Ty, and many great-grandchildren, which she all loved dearly.

Inge loved to spend time with her family and get out and see the world around her.

Mein Kind

My Child

My Child, my flesh and blood

to have you does me good.

My Child, I think about you every day,

you are my angel and my flapping wings.

My Child, I will never leave you,

because I love you.
