Joe was born in Maryland to Ken and Lori Selby. 

He was one of 3 boys; survived by brothers Ken and Dan.

 

Loved his family.  

Loved his guns.  

Loved fishing. 

Loved his motorcycle.  

Joe's laughter was contagious!
