Obituary of Lucille Noonan

Mrs. Lucille Noonan, 80, of Palm Bay, Florida peacefully passed away on January 21, 2024. She was born in Richmond Hill, New York on April 1, 1943 to the late Al Rich and Helen White.

Lucille married her late husband, Edward J. Noonan, Jr. on February 10, 1968.  She was a legal secretary in New York City for 30 years.  Lucille was a proud member of the VFW Women’s Auxiliary and a volunteer at the Palm Bay Library.  She loved taking cruises with her friends, listening to Elvis, spending time with her family, and watching old movies, especially with Ester Williams in them. 

She is survived by her children, Edward, Helen, and Kevin, Daughter-in-Law, Lily, and grandchildren, Justin, Angelina, Mylah, and Kennedy.

A Celebration of Lucille’s life will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 17, 2024 at Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care, 950 Malabar Rd SE, Palm Bay, FL 32907.
