Obituary of Leonard Greenberg

Lenny, 81, born in Brooklyn, NY in 1935 passed away Friday afternoon on February 12, 2016, just 1 day after his 81st birthday. Lenny was a kind warm-hearted old soul that helped many people in need even when he didn+óGé¼Gäót have much himself. He sure could chew your ear off though. When you remember him, just think of him eating and drinking his favorites Mountain Dew in a can, white powdered donuts and plenty of Orange Juice. His surviving family would like to thank Arlene, Archie, Lance, Danielle, Travis, Lance Jr., & Anthony for opening their house and heart to our dad especially in his time of need, we are ever so grateful. Lenny leaves behind family and friends that will miss him dearly. We cherish and love the time we spent with him. Lenny was more than a Father, Father-in-law, Grandfather, Papa and Dear Friend! His children Ellen Riposta (Sam) and Julie Werch (Dustin) will miss their dad every moment of everyday. His Grandchildren, Amanda, Jennifer and DJ will also miss their grandpa too. Maddy and Landry will miss their Papa a lot too. Lenny had many dear friends especially Pops & Eddy, he spoke of them often, as well as their 2 giant loving dogs. He loved his visits and the liver and onions they would cook for him. There are no services scheduled for Lenny at this time.
