Obituary of Timothy John Haywood

Timothy John Haywood was born in Port Huron, Michigan on December 10, 1953. He passed away in Cocoa, Florida on October 12, 2014. Tim is preceded in death by his son, Jason Paul Haywood; his mother, Patricia Ann Haywood and his father, Charles Edward Haywood II. Tim is survived by his wife of 34 years, Tammy Diane Haywood; his son, Timothy John Haywood, II; his brothers, Chuck and Chris Haywood; his sisters, Gayle Boddy and Maxine (Mickie) Renshaw; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and brothers and sisters-in-law. Tim was a very proud and honest man, devoted to his family and friends. Having a special place in his heart for the daughters he never had, Amanda Rhoades and Stephanie (Cookie) Mitchell. Tim was passionate about fishing and hunting, getting married on the opening day of deer hunting season in Michigan, which his father-in-law constantly reminded him of. He also loved to travel, especially on cruise ships. He loved to be outdoors in the Florida sunshine. Tim loved rock and roll music. He began playing drums in middle school and formed his own rock and roll band. Professionally, as a precision machinist, Tim was a leader in his field. For those fortunate enough to have known Tim, and experienced the impact he had on your lives, you will without a doubt have no problem remembering his dry sense of humor and quick wit.
