Obituary of Richard G. Wrenn

Richard Wrenn, age 70, passed peacefully on Tuesday April 5th 2016. He was happily married to his wife, Peggy Wrenn for 31 years. Richard was so proud of his two sons, Drew Wrenn of Boulder, Colorado and Beck Wrenn of Portland, Oregan. He was also survived by his Daughter- in-law Bean, and his 3 Grandchildren Gavin, Marist and Boden Wrenn, all of Boulder CO. Richard was born and raised in Central Pennsylvania. His mother was Dorothy Gardiner . He had a brother, Thomas, who predeceased him. His nephew Jordan Wrenn lives in Hawaii with his wife Donna. Richard and Peggy moved to Melbourne Beach in the early 80s. Richard was a successful business owner. The business served many people in the area and sponsored youth sports teams and activities. Richard loved to sail and boating of all sorts. He loved to travel. He loved the arts, culture, blues and jazz. He really enjoyed history. Most of all, however, he loved his family. Richard was a kind man, with a great sense of humor. His friends and family characterized him as a deep thinker. People who knew him well saw him as a private endearing man. Those who were fortunate enough to be touched by him were left with a lasting and beautiful memory.A private service was held for the immediate family.Any memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
