Dawn C. Allen, 49, died Monday, November 23, 2015 in Palm Bay, Florida. She was born August 11, 1966 to Richard and Teresa Young in Tampa, Florida. She is survived by two daughters Jasmine and Janelle; parents Richard and Teresa Young; sister Kelly Russell and husband Bob; and uncle Tony Carmelo.Services will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care, 1001 South Hickory Street, Melbourne.
