John Dutcher, 86, of Melbourne, FL passed away on April 14, 2016. He was born in Providence, RI on May 14, 1929. John is survived by his daughters, Debbie Cortez, Diane Harner, Donna (Steve) Ferrell’ sons, Dennis and Danny Perry; sisters, Irene Hankla & Dorothy Misa; 5 grandsons and 3 great grandchildren.
