Obituary of Lisa Bennett

Lisa Bennett was born June 5, 1963 and passed away March 17, 2017 on a Friday morning.  She was with her husband, Dallas Bennett, daughter Stacy Merriwether and grandson Aiden. Survivors include her husband Dallas; son Jesse; daughter Stacy; grandson Aiden; mother Marie Bracci; sister Tina West; best friends Jerri and Robyn and so much more, she was loved by so many. Lisa Bennett was a wonderful mother, wife, friend and an even better grandmother.  She always had a smile on her face and very patient with everyone and everything.  She wore her heart on her sleeve, if she could take in a stray dog she would.  Always so kind and loving, she was a strong woman and raised a strong daughter and son.  She loved the outdoors, camping with family and friends as much as one could; rain or shine it was always a good time.  Lisa was such a funny and creative person.  Projects were always fun to do as she had so many ideas.  She could make anyone smile or laugh.  No matter what Lisa was battling herself, she put others before her and would help the best she could.  Lisa was an AMAZING woman that I her daughter hope to be just as amazing.  Lisa will be missed by many.  When she worked, she put her all into everything she did for Oakwood Villas.  She thought ahead on almost everything, so there were no surprises down the road for her community whom she thought so fondly of.  When she had to leave Oakwood due to illness she was heartbroken.  She loved you all at Oakwood. She had so many accomplishments through our her life, but I her daughter think that her best accomplishment were her kids, and her home which she decorated herself with her husband.  She always talked about how much she loved her home and kids.  I could go on forever, I will leave everyone with this, LIVE LAUGH LOVE!!! and rest in peace momma.
