Obituary of Karin R. Carey Huber

Palm Bay, Florida–Karin R. Carey Huber entered into eternal peace on Thursday, January 11, 2018 at home surrounded by her husband; Heinz Peter Huber; and her daughters; CareyAnn Huber Timinsky and Christina Huber Wilcox. VITAS Home Healthcare was in the home taking care of Karin, Alyson and Debbie were there to help her finish her journey. Karin was very lucky that in her final days her brother, Richard Carey and his wife Ann Carey were able to be h ere with her. Karin led an amazing life. She began life in Germany. At the age of 5, her family relocated to the states. They lived in many places being a military family. Once she met the love of her life they settled in Vero Beach, FL for 26 years. This is when they made the journey to Palm Bay, FL when her mom became ill to take care of her. At this point in her life she became a business owner. Karin was the owner of Karin’s Produce. This was a great accomplishment in her life; unfortunately she had to sell her business when her health declined. Karin is survived buy her husband of 51 years Heinz Peter Huber. She is also leaving behind her daughters and their families, CareyAnn Huber Timinsky, Tim Timinsky and Joshua Timinsky; Christina Huber Wilcox, Sean Wilcox, Justin Wilcox, and Taylor Wilcox. Her brother Richard A. Carey and Ann Carey, nephews Chris Carey and Jamie Robillard his wife Alicia and his children Corlan and Tatum will forever commit to memory the love between them and Karin. Sister in law Irna Rimkus, niece Karin Graham, and her daughter Sabine, nephew Mark Rimkus, MariAnne Rimkus and Laina Rimkus will remember her with a warm fondness. Her Father Harry Carey and her mother Anna Carey preceded her in death. Her eldest brother Gunther Rimkus also preceded her. Karin, wife, mom, daughter, sister, Mimi, friend it didn’t matter what you called her you knew you could depend on this beautiful lady. Now, she will be all of our guardian angels.
