Obituary of Anne Elizabeth Pelletier

Anne Elizabeth Pelletier, beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend went home to God on Saturday, July 30, 2016.+é-á After an+é-áincredibly brave+é-á4 year battle with cancer, she passed peacefully, painlessly and surrounded by her loved ones. +é-á Anne was born in Portland, Maine and spent most of her adult life working as an Administrative or Executive Assistant in some fashion.+é-á She spent the+é-ámajority of+é-átime working at Casco Bank in+é-áSaco, Maine and+é-áin+é-áChancery Administration at the Roman Catholic Diocese of Portland.+é-á Anne loved having family around her.+é-á There are so many of us have the best memories of holidays at the Pelletier house.+é-áAnne started a new life and moved to Florida in 2002+é-áto join her daughter.+é-á It was always Anne and her husband’s dream to move to Florida someday, and she liked to joke that her daughter beat her to it.+é-á +é-á Throughout her life Anne has always enjoyed spending time with friends.+é-á In the early days she enjoyed going out dancing with her best friends that she still has to this day.+é-á She also loved skiing.+é-á After moving to Florida, she naturally made several new friends.+é-á Her latest favorite things were hanging at the pool, going out gallivanting, and+é-ámeeting for dinner+é-áor lunch+é-áwith those dear friends.+é-áShe lived for her grandson, and looked forward to every moment she could spend with him.+é-á These two things are what kept her motivated to get stronger after each treatment.+é-á She loved the beach, specifically body surfing the waves.+é-á She loved causing mischief with her grandson, like bowling frozen turkeys in grocery stores. +é-á Survived by her husband Gilbert Pelletier, daughter Elizabeth Enriquez, beloved grandson Elias Enriquez+é-áand Finnegan the dog, Anne will be profoundly missed and her memory cherished forever.A funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 8, 2016 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, Indialantic, Florida.In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation in Anne’s memory to; Candlelighters of Brevard Inc., 436 Fifth Avenue, Suite 1, Indialantic, FL+é-á 32903, 321-728-5600, Candlelightersofbrevard.org.
