Obituary of Ralph P. Arentsen

Ralph Arentsen, 74, died Monday, March 7, 2016 in West Melbourne, Florida. He was born June 12, 1941 to Ralph and Johanna Arentsen in Staten Island, NY and later moved to New Jersey, then onto Florida. Ralph graduated from Curtis High School in Staten Island, NY, then entered the Plumbers Union Local #371. He moved onto owning a few small businesses including a New York Daily News Franchise, Bella Pizzeria, World of Deli, Splish Splash Car Wash, Ralph’s Tavern, and Rainbow Sprinklers. Ralph enjoyed fishing, cooking, watching all sporting events, and spending time with his family. He is survived by his son, Dennis (Marie) Arentsen; daughter, Dolores Rogan; brother, Charles (Monique) Arentsen; grandchildren, Amanda, Shaelyn, Jennifer, Michael, and Teddy; eight great grandchildren; and former spouses, Claire and Sharon Arentsen. He is preceded in death by his son, Anthony Arentsen.
