Obituary of Elsa Z. Wilson

MARCH 17, 1942 – JANUARY 12, 2018 Palm Bay, Florida Elsa Z. Wilson, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, commenced her angelic journey on January 12, 2018. Elsa was born in Frankfurt, West Germany and is survived by her husband William “Bill” of Palm Bay, daughter Rebecca (Todd), son Robert (Carrie) and grandchildren, Austin, Madelyn, Makenzie, Caitlin, and Jared, and brother Heinz Zofer of Germany. Elsa, along with Bill, purchased R&S Soft Water Service in 1973, settled in Palm Bay, and turned it into a premier water service company, not only locally but on a national level. She also had an endearing heart when it came to animals as evidenced by frequently supporting animal food drives and shelters, and of course spoiling her own schnauzer, Sassy. Elsa enjoyed gardening. She was always at Bill’s side for Shriner and Moose Lodge functions. She also provided untold support to her children when needed without hesitation and total commitment. Elsa lived life to the fullest, enjoyed her grandchildren, and would go above and beyond for her family. Elsa will be dearly missed not only by her loved ones, but also by her “extended” family who came to know her over all these years. Services will be held at Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care, 950 Malabar Rd, SE Palm Bay on Sunday, January 28th at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Brevard County Humane Society on behalf of Elsa Wilson. https://brevardhumanesociety.org/donate/
