Derek Ryan Fortmayer, 15, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018. Derek was born In Nashua, NH on June 29, 2002. His family includes his parents, Ken & Cheryl Fortmayer, his sister, Aubrey Fortmayer and his grandparents, Rex & Evelyn Fortmayer and John & Linda Johnson. Derek’s life will be celebrated on Thursday, March 15, 2018 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at Ascension Catholic Church, 2950 North Harbor City Boulevard, Melbourne. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 11:30 AM at Ascension Catholic Church.
