Katherin Cecil Hood, 46, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017. Katherin was born on October 11, 1971 in Ashland, KY. Her family includes her parents, Rick and Sue Hood, sister Jennifer Ashley Hood, brothers Raymond P. Hood and Christopher Staggs, uncle Raymond Short and aunt Connie Walker. A celebration of her life will take place on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Grant Valkaria Park, 1449 Valkaria Road, Grant Valkaria.
