He is survived by his loving wife Vicky Raitz-Cash Hanner; children, William Scott Hanner of Centerville, Georgia, TerriAnn Hanner Fries of Claxton, Georgia, Christopher Ray Hanner of San Francisco, California, and Stephen Hanner of Eau Gallie, Florida; four grandchildren
