Obituary of Arthur Joseph Warner

Arthur Joseph Warner passed on Tuesday, October 13, 2015. Most recently of Melbourne, FL, he is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years, Margaret +óGé¼+ôPeggy+óGé¼-¥ (O+óGé¼GäóConnell) Warner; children, Elaine (Thomas) Borck of Melbourne, FL, Michael of Louisville, KY, Lori Ann of Melbourne, FL and Donald of St. Petersburg, FL, his grandchildren, Kelly Borck of Beckley, WV and Richard Borck of Melbourne, FL; along with other nieces, relatives, and many friends. Preceded in death by parents Matthew and Alice (Swanson) Warner and recently deceased sister, Alice Weightman, of New Windsor, NY. Arthur was born in Belmore, NY on September 4, 1930. He spent his early years in Pearl River and Nyack, NY. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He met and then married Peggy O+óGé¼GäóConnell in 1957. Arthur moved his family to Florida in 1970 where he resided in Clearwater, Lakeland, Lake City, and Dunedin, but most recently lived in Melbourne. He was a past member of the American Legion as a post commander in Lake City as well as a VFW member. Finally, the family would like to thank the entire staff of Indian River Center for Alzheimer+óGé¼Gäós in Melbourne, FL for their ongoing kind care and support.The family has requested a private family service to take place, followed by cremation.In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations made to the Alzheimer+óGé¼Gäós Foundation.
