Eric's Journey 3/18/64 to 5/5/17 Eric L Williams 53, Cocoa, Florida went to be with the Lord on May 5th 2017 at Viera Hospital. Eric's Journey began on March 18th 1964 in Brooklyn New York to the late Charles L Adams and Linda A keys. Eric enlisted into the Air Force to serve his country in August 1983 until April 1987. Eric ventured around the world while in the Air Force to places such as California, Texas, Georgia, and even Alaska. Eric climbed rank in the Air Force making Sgt. Eric attended College while serving his country by doing what he loved as a Mechanic, his title was Aircraft Pneudraulic systems mechanic. Eric earned honors, Air Force training ribbons, Air Force Good Conduct medals, and Air Force outstanding unit award. Eric started his own business New Beginnings Auto in 2003 while still working for other auto mechanic shops. New Beginnings didn't take long to get off the ground, Eric built his clientele very quickly with the fast and accurate work he did. Eric was the type of man you can count on to be on schedule, if you told him a time, and he was going to fix your vehicle he expected you to be there ten minutes earlier. He showed great pride in his work if he did some mechanic work and it wasn't right he would go back and do it again, which that rarely happened because he took his time in what he was doing to make sure he did it right the first time. Now for his children when he taught you how to work on a vehicle and you didn't get it right, oh boy you caught his wrath. Once Eric became ill he ventured into a whole new career path working for TeleTech for a brief minute receiving his license to sale insurance. Eric's mid Journey after separating from the Air Force eventually moved back to GA. In 1998 he met Ronnette at Piggly Wiggly where he vowed that would be their place of marriage, needless to say their union took place in Portsmouth, VA in April 2006.
