Elwood Wesley Lightcap, 74, of West Melbourne, FL passed away on April 5, 2023, in hospice in Palm Bay, FL.  He was born on September 20, 1948 in Wilmington, DE to Elwood Wesley Lightcap Sr and Virginia Louise Lightcap.

Elwood is survived by: His loving wife, Paula Gertrude Lightcap, his daughter Tina Surface and his son, Paul Lightcap.
