Obituary of William Clyde McKee

William Clyde McKee has been welcomed into the arms of the Lord, earning his place in Heaven. As a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, he leaves behind a legacy of laughter and love.

Bill was the third child of four siblings to his parents Ray and Millie. Growing up, he displayed an innate talent in mechanics, working on cars at his family's gas station. He joined the United States Marine Corps out of high school, achieving the rank of Chief Warrant Officer before pursuing a career in engineering and program management for multiple defense contractors.

Bill was a dedicated family man and provider throughout his incredible life. His affection and love for family and friends were evident in everything he did. For those closest to him, he remained a guiding light and the tie binding everything together. There seemed no problem he could not solve, no answer he could not provide, and no end to his kindness and generosity.

Bill loved people and was in turn loved by them. He was a force of stability and goodness in a chaotic world. His legendary warmth, humor, and charm is greatly missed by those fortunate enough to have him in their lives. We lay this gentle soul to rest and celebrated the impact he had on so many. May we continue to endure his love from afar until our Heavenly reunion is complete.
