Thanks for everything Oma; your kindness, generosity, thoughtfulness, humour, inspirational radiance and unconditional love will be missed by everyone.
Growing up, you were always there for me. You gave me wisdom, support, love, understanding, and guaranteed delicious food every time you cooked - the best grandmother any kid can ask for. You’re in every great childhood memory I have and you’ll always have a special place in my heart. While I’m tremendously sad to see you go, I feel incredibly blessed to have had you in my life.
Love you so much, Rest In Peace.

_*Ci Etty*_
*I remember* when Ci Etty accompanied Ron's marriage
*I remember* when Ci Etty taught me how to be patient
*I remember* when we talked about the secrets of life that we experienced
*I remember* when we laughed together with all the circumstances that ever happened
*I love you with all my heart*
When I was little
I like watching you gymnastics, and when I was poisoned by eating fried bean sprouts, you took me to the hospital.
*You take care of me, I take care of you.*
Someday, I will see you
When I can go to heaven

So sad and sorry to hear of dear Oma's passing. To me, and to everyone who came into contact with her, she was a sweet, loving, affectionate and kind lady, dignified but never stuffy, friendly and ever-smiling.
Despite complex and often harrowing health issues in her last years, this never changed.
The last time I saw her, she was heading out the door (of Jeanny & Ed's home, where I was visiting last year) on her way to a dialysis session. Before she left, she gave me some pretty gifts, one of which, a little Nativity ornament for my Christmas tree, I will always treasure.
Generous, thoughtful, affectionate--that was Oma. May she rest in peace, free of pain, restored to perfect health and happiness in the Lord.
Love and condolences to all of Oma's wonderful family from Anne and Ivan MacDonald
