Obituary of William Oliver Frazer

William Oliver Frazer, 78, of Palm Bay, Florida passed away March 8, 2021, at Palm Bay Hospital  Palm Bay, Florida. He was born on November 16, 1942, in Natick, Massachusetts to William Oliver Sr. and Helen Marie Michaud  Frazer. 

He is survived by his daughter, Cor Coogan; sister, Paula Brizzi, and brother-in-law, David Menga.

The family will receive friends at Ammen Family Cremation and Funeral Care 950 Malabar Road SE Palm Bay, FL on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 1:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M., followed by a funeral service.  Interment will be at Florida Memorials.
