Obituary of Mary Jane Coolis

Mary Jane Coolis, age 98 passed away peacefully on December 4, 2020.

 

Mary was born in Norwalk, CT on April 16, 1922, the daughter of late John and Mary (Nardella) Picanzi, and was the wife of the late Joseph Coolis.

 

Mary was a devoted wife and mother. She was a great listener and always made herself available to others. She had a wonderful, fun personality. Her memory will be cherished by her daughter Linda.

She had been a sales lady for Lohmann's Inc. and 3-D Bed & Bath in Norwalk for many years.

 

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Coolis of Florida, as well as many nieces and nephews.

 

Predeceased by three sisters, Josephine Forlivio, Margaret DeMartino and Kathleen DiMeglio and four brothers James, John, Julius and Anthony Picanzi.

 

Linda would like to thank the staff of Atlantic Shores Nursing and Hospice of St. Francis for their kind and compassionate care of Mary.
