Joan Ray Parks, 78, of Melbourne, Florida, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2020 at Indian River Center in West Melbourne, Florida.

She was born on July 15, 1942 in Baltimore, Maryland to Stephen Anderson and Marie Fluere, both of whom preceded her in death.

Joan is survived by her spouse James Thomas Parks; sons, Jeff Downing and Gene Downing; 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
