Obituary of Donna Lynn Berglund

Donna Lynn Berglund passed on to be with our Lord on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at the William Childs Hospice House in Palm Bay, Florida. Donna was born to Torsten and Perdetta Berglund in Geneva, Illinois on March 13, 1949 where she lived until she moved to Palm Bay with her family in 1981. Donna was an accomplished nurse and educator, achieving a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida in 2007 and a Master of Science in Health Informatics from the University of Illinois in 2011. She cared for and inspired many during her career. She was employed at Health First for 33 years where she adored and was adored by her coworkers. Donna was devoted to her family and loved her many friends. She enjoyed computer games, traveling and especially cruising! She was designated GÇ£Best Cruise Director EverGÇ¥ for organizing group trips and ensuring everyone had an unforgettable time. Donna is survived by her three children, Jennifer (James Smith) Steele, Amy (Nigel Boardman) Steele, and Bryan (Alissa) Steele; her sister, Sue Zimmer; brother, Steven Berglund; her grandchildren, Kendall, Grant and Grey; as well as nieces and nephews.
