Obituary of Hampton Tyler Hudson

Hampton Tyler Hudson, 33 of Melbourne, FL, and Little Rock, AR, passed away peacefully on December 11th surrounded by his family.  Survivors include his father Gary Hudson, mother Susan Youngblood and her husband Kevin, two brothers, Austen and Collin Hudson, two sisters Taylor and Jordan Youngblood, a daughter, Hazel Kay, her mother Tansil, aunt Beverly Ault and cousins Sam and Josh Ault, uncle and aunt, Martin and Sandra Critz and cousins, John, Jamie, Jordan and their families. He worked in the food service industry and loved cooking.  He also loved fishing and playing sports.  He had a servant’s heart and loved helping people. His passion was cooking and he worked at several restaurants in Little Rock.  He also loved the beach and after graduating Western MI Teen Challenge he worked At Vero Beach Teen Challenge with students and was in charge of the kitchen.  Special thanks to John and Angie Wildeboer, and Steve Nortier who helped him succeed at Teen Challenge, He began his love of cooking at the Junior Deputy Concession Stand along with playing baseball at the park.  He loved his grandparents and loved his time spent with Papaw and Grandy playing golf or fishing.  He also loved the time we spent at the lake for family gatherings. Special thanks to Holmes Regional Medical Center and Western Michigan Teen Challenge.  A memorial service for Hampton will be Thursday, December 13 at 2:00 pm at Second Baptist Church, 8th and Cumberland, Little Rock, AR.  Arrangements are by Ammen Family Cremation & Funeral Care, Melbourne, FL. 321-724-2222. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Teen Challenge, 440 East Pontaluan Rd., Muskegon, MI. 49444. Even though he left us at a young age, he will always be with us. We know he is with Jesus for all eternity. We love you Hampton.
