Obituary of Sharon Marie Buss

May 2nd ,1946 – Sept. 2nd ,2018 My mama, Sharon was born in Philadelphia, PA. on May 2nd, 1946, to her mother, Ruth Elizabeth Ross Hallowell, and to her father, Wilson Lee Hallowell. They moved to Florida before my mother (Sharon) was even 6 months old, where stayed most of all her life. She had two siblings, an older sister, Ruth “Tinky” Hallowell Parsons and a younger brother, Michael Hallowell. My mother (Sharon) married my father when she was 17 years old. They had 3, yet 4 children – haha. Lets start with why I just wrote “yet 4”. Before my mother and father had had me and my older siblings, they fell in love with a 10 year little girl from next door. This little girl’s home life was rough, and my mother would constantly have her over, until she practically never left and is still a major part of my life and always was to my mother’s. She is most definitely a sister to us and a daughter to my mother. So, starting with the oldest to youngest children, its Brenda Pitts, James Kyle Sawyer, Brenda Sawyer, and Joy Elizabeth Sawyer/Hanner. Sharon married Steven Allen Buss on Aug. 4th ,1981. They had recently celebrated their 37th anniversary. Sharon had many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Only naming grandchildren, from oldest to youngest it’s, Stephanie Marie Sawyer, little Kyle Sawyer, Cody Hanner, Nicole Noon, Amanda Hanner/Fielder, Thomas Noon, Matthew Noon, Marcus Noon, Austin Myers, Kaleb Sawyer, Logan Sawyer, and Chase Sawyer. As well as 17 great grandchildren, and one on the way. She loved them all so much! Sharon had very special cousins, that she adored. She also had nieces & nephews, and all the great nieces & nephews; she cherished her family. Sharon also had some very amazing friends, that loved her and she totally loved them! She never knew a stranger, she’ll be immensely missed by everyone that knew her in a long time or who just knew her a day or two.
