Arthur Harvey Bauman passed away peacefully at the age of 97 on March 15 at the Masonic Home of Florida in St. Petersburg.
Arthur, or Art to those who knew him, was born May 7, 1920, in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania.
In passing, he joins his siblings Eleanor, Harold, Dale and Dorothy, as well as his wife, Joanne, and his daughter, Annette, in leaving this Earth.
Arthur is succeeded by daughters Danette Graham and Lynnette Riva, as well as his grandchildren Jeff Graham, Sarah Ponze and Matthew Riva.
His friends and family will miss the man who loved life, played the organ, painted, and always wanted to share and experience more.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests donations be made to the National Guild for Community Arts Education — nationalguild.org or at (212) 268-3337 — to support others developing their artistic talents to share.
Arthur will be placed to rest alongside Joanne on March 26 with a service at Florida National Cemetery.
